    Select the item you wan’t and the choose a size. Then simply click ‘add to basket’. You can then simply repeat the process and then complete your purchase by proceeding to checkout.

  • Delivery time

    Orders placed before 15 O'clock on workdays will be shipped same day. Delivery estimate is 2-5 working days.

  • What does shipping cost? 
    Shipping prices will be calculated in checkout.  
  • Do you deliver to my country?
  • We ship to most countries. If you in checkout can not find your country on the list, please contact us.

  • Will I have to pay taxes?

    Customs fees can occur when shipping outside EU. These expenses will not be covered by us. Customs rules differ from country to country, so we suggest that you investigate the rules and prices for your specific country

  • Can I track my shipment?

    All shipments are send as insured parcels. You will be provided with a Track&Trace number in your delivery notification. All international parcels can be tracked through GLS TRACK & TRACE. Note that it can take up to 24 hours for your parcel to be registered.

RETURN RIGHTS
  • I need to return an item

    At SECOND FEMALE you will always find very good return conditions:

    EXCHANGE: In case of an exchange to a new product we do not cover return costs but will happily send you the style or size free of charge.


    RETURNS: You have 15 days to decide if you wish to keep your items or if you prefer a refund. You will have to cover your own return expense.


    15 DAYS RETURN RIGHT: All items can be returned up to 15 days after receiving your parcel. Items most be returned in the same state and quantity that you received them in. This means the the product must not have been used or washed and all labels should be included.


    REFUNDS: Your purchase will be credited to your account same day we receive the returnparcel. In case of MASTERCARD purchases refunds can take up to 30 days.

  • I recieved a faulty item

    SECONDFEMALE.COM quality checks all items before they are shipped. Should there be any issues with the expedition, please contact us at webshop@secondfemale.com to organise replacement. Please do not send the item back before you have arranged it with us. Returned faulty items will we replaced within 7 days or refunded. According to law you have a 2-year warranty on all items. 

  • An item is missing in my order

    Unfortunately errors can occur. Please contact our customer service. Remember to supply us with your order number and we will get back to you.
