Delivery
You get quick and easy delivery. Depending on your country, we offer both home delivery and delivery to a parcel shop. You can read more about delivery in your country on our delivery info page.We recommend that you place your order well in advance for your order to arrive by Christmas. For latest order date please see below.

Return
You can easily return your purchase. All you have to do is to reseal the parcel and send it to our warehouse address. A ‘how to’ guide and the return address is attached your parcel. You must pay the costs of returning the parcel. You can read more about returns on our return information page.
For Christmas we have extended our return period so you can return purchases made between 15 November and 24 December 2023 until 20 January 2024.
