As a customer, you have 14 days right of cancellation when you shop with us. Your right of cancellation applies from the day the order is received by either you or another person at the address. If you have ordered delivery to a Parcel Shop, the right of cancellation period will begin from the day the order is delivered to the relevant Parcel Shop.
If you would like to exchange an item for another one, you must return the item and submit a new order on our website.

Fill in the enclosed returns form and pack it together with the items you want to return. Our parcel bags are resealable so they can be easily used again for returning items.
You must pay the direct costs in connection with returning the item.
We recommend that you keep the posting receipt as proof of your delivery of the parcel to the post office/carrier and make a note of the shipping number, so that the parcel can be tracked if it goes missing along the way.

You will receive an email as soon as we have received your returned item(s) at our warehouse. Refunding for the returned items will occur within 14 weekdays from receipt and the refund will be made via the same method of payment you used when you submitted your order.
Due to COVID-19, there is a massive pressure on e-commerce in general. This pressure can result in longer delivery times than usual as well as return handling. We do our best to process both order and return as fast as we can.
