It can happen that the item you had selected is sold out. In the event an item is sold out, it will not be displayed in our webshop. If just your size is sold out, you can register to receive an email if the item in the relevant size should be in stock again.

If you cannot wait, then contact our customer service. We will try to help you find a distributor near you who has precisely the item you are looking for in stock.  

Once you have submitted your order we cannot, unfortunately, help you to change it. This is because the order is automatically processed in our system. We recommend that you check your order through one extra time before you submit it. 

We do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipment number so you can follow your parcel all the way.

As a customer, you have 14 days right of return when you shop with us. Your right of return applies from the day the order is received by either you or another person at the address. If you have ordered delivery to a ParcelShop, the right of cancellation period will begin from the day the order is delivered to the relevant ParcelShop.

If you would like to exchange an item for another one, you must return the item and submit a new order on our website.

Refunds 
You will receive an email as soon as we have prossed your returned item(s) at our warehouse. Refunding for the returned items will occur within 14 weekdays from receipt and the refund will be made via the same method of payment you used when you submitted your order. 

As soon as we have received your returns parcel, you will receive an email from us. We refund the amount within 14 weekdays and you will receive an email once the refund has gone through.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for you. If you would like to exchange an item for another one, you must return the item and submit a new order on our website. The payment for the returned item will be refunded within 14 weekdays after receipt andyou will receive an email once the refund has gone through.
