We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If this is not the case, you are welcome to return the item/items to us, which you would like to have refunded.

As a customer, you have 14 days right of cancellation when you shop with us. Your right of cancellation applies from the day the order is received by either you or another person at the address. If you have ordered delivery to a ParcelShop, the right of cancellation period will begin from the day the order is delivered to the relevant ParcelShop.

• Please note that we do not accept parcels sent COD.

• Please note that we do not pick up shipments sent to a Parcel Shop or Post Office or with Hermes. Returns must be sent directly to our address.

If you would like to exchange an item for another one, you must return the item and submit a new order on our website.
